**Job Title: Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Director**

**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
- Licensure as an addiction counselor or relevant clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Substantial experience in addiction treatment, including supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based SUD treatment modalities and therapies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for SUD treatment programs.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
