**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)**

- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.

2. **Clinical Procedures:**
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners in various clinical procedures.
- Perform tasks such as wound care, immunizations, and health screenings.

3. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Document all care provided, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up instructions.

4. **Patient Support:**
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Address patient inquiries and provide clear explanations of medical procedures and diagnoses.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as medical assistants and office staff, to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.

6. **Quality Assurance:**
- Follow established clinical protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

**Qualifications:**

- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
