1. **Patient Relations:**

2. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
- Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.

3. **Appointment Scheduling:**
- Schedule patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and staff.
- Send appointment reminders to patients and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar.

4. **Patient Records:**
- Maintain and update patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

5. **Communication:**
- Relay messages between patients and medical staff.
- Handle communication with referring physicians and specialists.
- Assist in managing clinic emails and correspondence.

6. **Office Maintenance:**
- Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized.
- Manage and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and empathetic attitude toward patients and visitors.
